hmmmm that is interesting. I will most definitely look into that more.
The Bible does refer to Jesus being one with God in several other places though. One of those places is in Isaiah 9:6 in which it says that Jesus is the Mighty God and Everlasting Father. Also, in John 10:30, Jesus states that, "I and the Father are one." And, in Matthew 28: 19-20, Jesus says, "...baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit..." implying that one name circumscribes all three.

hmmm well, about the trinity being a man-made doctrine....i may not agree. Unlike many Jews, even Messianic Jews, I read outside of the Pentateuch and delve into the other books of the Bible. There is in fact a verse which supports the trinity.
